My sessions are based on what you want to work on and allow you to talk through where you are at in order that a clear path can be made, so you can walk along in life with a feeling of sunshine!
In helping you as your Life Coach, you are making an investment to focus on processes that will enhance your life internally and externally.
At Sunshine Life Coaching you are working with a down to earth team. We work virtually to keep overheads low and to offer the best value to you. Sessions can easily be attended around other commitments that you may have. Face to face sessions locally are enjoyable particularly for your first session if you are based nearby, although not essential.

I understand the demands, pressure and stress of establishment, mid and late career jobs, having worked with corporates and in government roles.
I always focused on serving others and excelling in stakeholder management, but was so focused on pleasing others that it was to the detriment of my own health and wellbeing.
As a vilomahed parent, I decided that I needed to shape my life to include a key interest in helping others improve their lives through life coaching.
Sunshine Life Coaching was born!

My background to help assist you.
Raised in the outback, until I left the family farm to attend University, I am an empath whose work has always involved helping others.
After completing my teaching degree, I taught students in Queensland and Japan until changing my career from education into supporting diplomats and Members of Parliament in politics. Further studies allowed me to complete a Master of Business Administration in Leadership before working in an advocacy role for an industry organisation.
Over some years, focusing on my own life pathways and through further studies of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), I discovered that my calling was to help people in their life direction, allowing them to progress working on one area at a time.
Many people are juggling to cope with the volume of tasks and work they need to complete in order to just make their way through life and are looking to find more balance.

- My favourite hot drink of choice is coffee!
- When I need something sweet I crave chocolate. When I need something salty I crave nuts.
- My favourite way to treat myself is to read.
- I recently binge-watched "The Diplomat" and "The Night Agent" on Netflix and loved both! Would highly recommend you do the same!
- I've worked in so many different industries over the years I've almost lost count!... Education, Politics, Government, Agriculture, and Charities, just to name a few!
